Shipping Policy:
Shipping times are 2 (two) working days maximum.
Shipping costs are 0 (zero) euros for deliveries in metropolitan France.
Shipping costs are 10 (ten) euros for deliveries outside metropolitan France.
Return procedure:
During Black Friday and Christmas shopping, your purchases can be returned until January 10th.
Outside the Christmas and Black Friday periods, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to make your return request. Any return request must be made via the contact page which is here before shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must follow the following conditions:
– in their original packaging with their labels;
– clean and unworn;
– neither damaged nor deteriorated.
- A compliance check will be carried out for each return request. Returns that do not meet the above compliance requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Items that are not returned within the time limits and under the conditions referred to above will not be reimbursed by MCS.
- If you meet the conditions specified above, your refund will be made by MCS by crediting the bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following MCS’s receipt of the returned items. If the Order is returned in its entirety, MCS will refund you the price of your entire order but the shipping costs will remain at your expense. If the Order is not returned in its entirety (you keep one or more of the items in the Order), MCS will refund the price of the returned product(s) but the shipping costs will remain at your expense. The refund to your customer account will take into account any discounts that may have been granted to you at the time of your Order. In the event of non-receipt of the goods, MCS will give you a credit note for the amount of your order if the products ordered are no longer available.
